UU adults have a well-deserved reputation for being curious and questioning. Our Adult Enrichment programs are designed to challenge us in ways that foster and encourage our spiritual growth. Offered by our minister, a guest facilitator or a member of the church, our programs are intended to serve the broad spectrum of our members’ interests throughout the year. This is a program that continues to evolve as we welcome new members with different areas of expertise and interest.

Numerous activities have arisen from within the congregation and continue on a regular basis. Current offerings include:

  • Meditation: Our Kintsugi Sangha meditation group meets on Thursdays from 6 - 8:15 p.m. This is an "open" group - anyone can join at any time!
  • T'ai Chi Classes: Class offerings for both beginning and continuing students run fall, winter & spring sessions.
  • Book Club:  Our book club meets approximately every 6 weeks, on different days of the week.  Books are chosen from the categories of spiritual/edifying, social justice/political, science fiction, and general topics.
  • Green Sanctuary: Our ecologically-minded committee often runs courses on topics such as "Hungry for Change", "Menu for the Future", and "Change By Degrees", a course about global warming. The next course will be offered in February.
  • BLinK!:  This is a family-oriented group. Families gather to share a meal, and the split into a parent-discussion group and planned activities for the children.
  • Special Interest Classes: Watch for interesting offerings planned in fall and spring.
